Pre-Order Policy
This Pre-Order Policy explains how pre-orders work at Fresh by Cedes. By placing a pre-order, you agree to the terms below, in addition to our general Terms of Service.
Pre-Order Window
Our current pre-order window runs from December 8–22, 2025. Dates for future pre-order periods will be listed on the website and product pages.
Payment
- Payment is collected at the time you place your pre-order.
- Your payment reserves your items in our small-batch production schedule.
Shipping Timeline
Pre-order items do not ship immediately.
For this launch, all pre-orders are scheduled to ship in January 2026. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number once your order has been fulfilled.
Changes & Cancellations
- Pre-orders are final sale and cannot be canceled once placed.
- If you need to update your shipping address, please email us at info@freshbycedes.com as soon as possible. Address changes can only be made if your order has not yet shipped.
Combined Orders
If you place an order that includes both pre-order items and any future in-stock items (if applicable), your order may ship together once all items are ready. If separate shipping is offered in the future, it will be clearly indicated at checkout.
Delays
Because pre-orders are handcrafted in small batches, unexpected delays can occasionally occur due to ingredient availability, production needs, or carrier issues.
If there are significant changes to the estimated shipping timeframe, we will do our best to notify you by email.
Returns on Pre-Orders
Pre-orders are non-refundable and not eligible for returns or cancellations, except in the case of damaged or incorrect items as outlined in our Returns & Refunds policy.
