Where We Ship

Fresh by Cedes currently ships to customers in Canada and the USA. We hope to expand to additional locations in the future.


Processing Times

All orders are handcrafted and packed with care. Standard processing times are:

  • Regular orders: Typically ship within 3–7 business days.
  • Pre-orders: Ship in January 2026 for our current launch. Future pre-order timelines will be clearly noted on the product page.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.


Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.

Available options may include:

  • Standard shipping
  • Expedited shipping (where available)

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


Delays & Carrier Issues

Once your package has been handed to the carrier, transit times and delivery are outside of our direct control. Weather, holidays, and carrier delays may extend delivery times.

If your tracking has not updated for several days, please contact the carrier first. If you still need help, you can reach us at info@freshbycedes.com.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Confirm the shipping address on your order
  • Check with neighbours or building management
  • Contact the carrier directly

If you are unable to locate your package, email us at info@freshbycedes.com and we will do our best to assist. Please note that we are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
