What is Fresh by Cedes?
Fresh by Cedes is a natural skincare brand focused on nourishing, comforting, and supporting sensitive, dry, and troubled skin. All of our products are handcrafted in small batches using intentional, high-quality ingredients.
Pre-Order Questions
When is the pre-order period?
Our pre-order window is December 8–22.
When will my pre-order ship?
All pre-orders will ship in January 2026. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number as soon as your order is fulfilled.
Do I pay now or when my order ships?
Payment is processed immediately at checkout. This secures your spot in our production schedule and ensures accurate small-batch planning.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Because pre-orders are made-to-order and ingredients are allocated based on demand, pre-orders cannot be canceled once placed. Please review your order carefully before checking out.
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes — please contact us at info@freshbycedes.com as soon as possible. Address changes can only be made if your order has not yet shipped.
Product Questions
Are the products fragrance-free?
We offer both fragrance-free and scented options. Our fragrance-free products include Serene, Remedy Eczema Butter, and Remedy Salve. Scented products use essential oils or light fragrance to create gentle, comforting aromas.
Are the products safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. Many of our formulas were created specifically with sensitive and troubled skin in mind. However, always patch test if you have known sensitivities.

Order & Shipping Questions
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Canada and the USA. Additional locations may be added in the future.
How long does shipping take?
Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier. Tracking information will be provided.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
If your package does not arrive or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@freshbycedes.com within 48 hours, and we'll be happy to help.
Ingredients & Usage
Are your products natural?
Yes — our products are crafted with natural butters, oils, herbal infusions, and simple ingredients that support the skin’s moisture barrier without harsh chemicals.
Do your products contain preservatives?
Our body butters and salves are anhydrous (oil-based), meaning they do not contain water and do not require preservatives. Always avoid introducing water into the jars.
How should I store my products?
Store your products in a cool, dry place, away from direct heat or sunlight. Because they are natural, temperature changes may affect texture — this is normal.
