Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, we offer pre-orders to help ensure every jar is made fresh, intentionally, and with care. This page explains how pre-orders work, what to expect, and when your order will ship.

During this time, you can place orders for any of our body butters, salves, bundles, or mini sets before production begins.

When Will My Order Ship?
All pre-orders will ship in January 2026.
You will receive:
- A shipping confirmation email
- A tracking number
- Updates if any unexpected delays occur

When Do I Pay?
Payment is processed immediately at checkout to reserve your order in our production schedule. This helps us plan ingredients, packaging, and batch sizes as accurately as possible.
Can I Cancel a Pre-Order?
Because pre-orders are made-to-order and ingredients are allocated based on demand, pre-orders cannot be canceled once placed.

Can I Change My Shipping Address?
