By using the Fresh by Cedes website and placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Use of Our Website
You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only and not to engage in any activity that could harm, disable, or interfere with the site or other users.
Products & Availability
All products are handcrafted in small batches. We do our best to keep product information and availability up to date, but we reserve the right to:
- Change or discontinue products
- Limit quantities
- Refuse or cancel orders (for example, in the case of suspected fraud or errors)
Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in CAD and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
Payment is due at the time of purchase, including pre-orders.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are paid for at checkout and ship at a later date. For our current launch, pre-orders placed between December 8–22, 2025 are scheduled to ship in January 2026.
Because pre-orders are made-to-order, they are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once placed.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, product names, text, graphics, and images, is the property of Fresh by Cedes and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fresh by Cedes is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
Skin Sensitivities
Our products are formulated with natural ingredients, but everyone’s skin is different. Please patch test before full use. By purchasing, you acknowledge that Fresh by Cedes is not responsible for individual reactions or sensitivities.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
