Our Policy

Because our products are handcrafted in small batches and are considered personal care items, all sales are generally final.

However, we want you to have a positive experience with Fresh by Cedes. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out so we can review it together.


Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are made-to-order based on demand. For this reason, pre-orders cannot be canceled or refunded once placed.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@freshbycedes.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review your request and, if approved, may offer a replacement or store credit.


Reactions & Sensitivities

Our products are crafted with gentle, natural ingredients, but everyone’s skin is unique. We always recommend a patch test before full use.

We cannot offer refunds for skin reactions or sensitivities, but we welcome your feedback and are happy to discuss which products may be better suited for your skin in the future.


Order Changes

If you need to update your shipping address or contact details, please email us at info@freshbycedes.com as soon as possible. Changes can only be made if your order has not yet shipped.
